Jakarta Provincial Government starts to renovate several damaged flat units.
It must be totally renovated. It’s being run by Dept. of Public Housing and Governmental Building
Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama admitted many flats were built out of standard. The material was also bad. Some of the flats are Marunda, Penjaringan, and Daan Mogot.

Meanwhile, flats will be built based on green building concept. Some of them are built by using city budget and developer’s obligation.
